The city of Bangor’s Commission on Cultural Development will host a workshop on self-employment taxes and tax issues 6-7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 7, in the Story Room of the Bangor Public Library.
Tax accountants Hilary Clark and Lily Dalton of Edwards, Faust and Smith Certified Public Accountants will facilitate the workshop. Clark and Dalton, who are accountants, will address tax guidelines and issues artists may face, which will be followed by a question-and-answer session.
