CALL FOR ART: Imaginary Journeys, Juried Group Exhibition, deadline: January 17, 2014
IMAGINARY JOURNEYS February 7 – March 8, 2014

Common Street Arts announces a call for artworks for a juried exhibition exploring the theme of IMAGINARY JOURNEYS.

We invite artists to submit works in all media, which describe, create, or embody an “imaginary journey.” Artworks could include or consist of invented maps, itineraries, or travel logs, or draw upon familial or cultural memorabilia to intimate time-travel. Artists might imagine uncharted or fictional territories, or channel childhood games of make-believe: timeless reminders of the power of imagination to transport us from living rooms to castles, and from bathtubs to pirate ships. Take us on your imaginary journey!

All artists, professional and amateur, will be considered. Up to three artworks may be submitted to the exhibition.

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION: January 17, 2014
